Our Members are beer, wine, spirits, and cider producers of all shapes and sizes, along with value chain enterprises and business associations with whom our mutual success is interwoven.

Types of membership

Voting and Associate Members.

The DF-SA has two classes of membership – Voting and Associate Members.

Voting Members:

In order to qualify for membership in this category, you are required to be:

A DF-SA Founding Member; or
A producer with a Market Share Value in Rand of more than 1% ; or
A Sector Trade Association representing producers with a Market Share Value in Rand of less than 1%; or
A business association invited by the DF-SA Board to become a Voting Member; and

All Voting Members are required to comply with the Industry Code of Conduct and the DF-SA MOI.

Types of membership

Associate Members

We value all companies wanting to become responsible traders and contribute to our vision.  We welcome companies in the alcohol value chain to become DF-SA members. There is no membership fee for Associated Members.
